As technology becomes more accessible and common place in every day life, we appreciate that you may need help in getting the most out of your technology. We speak plain English and aim to educate rather than confuse.

If you need help understanding how to get the most out of your new home computer & software, a new mobile phone, printer or digital camera we can help at a time and place which suits you. We also offer remote support at a reduced rate. Remote support means we do not come on-site but use the internet to connect to your computer with a password that you control.
